Second Chance Through Faith

We'd love to introduce you to the non-profit Second Chance Through Faith. Second Chance Through Faith (SCTF) is a “Faith” focused program for at-risk youth and juveniles from the age of 12-21. Its primary mission is to prevent introduction to gang violence for at-risk youth and provide transitional assistance for juveniles through 1-on-1 mentoring, Bible studies and fun-filled activities in order to prevent gang violence, criminal offense, drug/alcohol addiction and underage sexual activities. Started by Lisa and Estevan Medina, an ex-gang member, they've fully dedicated their life to the service of at-risk youth for gang prevention and juveniles to successfully transition back to society. You can learn more about them here! Check out their site to learn about the services they offer, how to donate and/or volunteer!

We love to see the youth in Colorado have mentors and people they can turn to that also understand what they might be experiencing.

If you have a Colorado organization you'd like to see highlighted, please let us know!
