Trademark/Our name and logo

Just a reminder that our name, logo and specifically, ColoradoStrong merchandise, are registered trademarks with the US Patent Office.  We put a lot of time, effort and money into following the proper legal channels to become a registered charity with the state, a non-profit, filing for our 501(c)(3) designation, making our logo and trademarking it.  It took well over a year for some of this to get accomplished, but we are a legal organization.  We ask you please respect that and not sell items with our name and logo. That's not legal.  We have to be very specific with the IRS as to exactly where the proceeds from sales of ColoradoStrong merchandise goes.

Please contact us if you would like to use our logo for something specific. We are pretty flexible, but it's still important to us to follow state and federal law/guidelines.  Thank you for understanding!
